Refund policy
Returning Items Purchased From Great Lakes Big Bumpers (formerly Hastings Big Bumpers)
Requests for returns sold and shipped by Great Lakes Big Bumpers can be made within 10 days of receipt by emailing us at greatlakesbigbumpers@gmail.com. If you purchased your bumper from a local retailer or marina, please bring your item to them to manage the return/refund. Refunds (less shipping and processing) for returns will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected, all returns must remain in new, saleable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items.
If an item you received from Great Lakes Big Bumpers is damaged or defective, you can return it by requesting a return shipping label for replacement.
